Ringstrom&Partners has developed a model for Board evaluation based on organizational and social-psychological theory. We work actively with a set of internationally proven tools to measure and develop group efficiency levels.
The results of the evaluation provide a clear description of the group’s efficiency, with focus on strengths and challenges. Final output detail how work streams are perceived within the Board as well as areas for improvement, including a concrete action plan. In addition, the study will also highlight how the Chairman and Chief Executive fulfil their respective roles and responsibilities.
