Ringström & Partners was founded as a consultant company in Sweden in 1996. The founder of the company, licensed psychologist Britt Ringström, is a Board Certified Specialist in Work and Organizational Psychology and has worked actively as a consultant since 1976. Britt Ringström has also served in leadership roles for several years and thereby has leadership experience.
Over the years the company has grown by creating a well-functioning network of partnering consulting companies.
